Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Bridgeview Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Bridgeview," "we," "us")
This notice is provided under section 501.715, Florida Statutes. We will ask for your consent before any sale of sensitive personal data, as described in Sections 4 and 5 below.
Bridgeview Media is a marketing and lead generation company. Our business is connecting consumers who ask to be contacted about insurance products with licensed insurance companies, agencies, and marketing partners — and that business involves selling or transferring the information you submit, in exchange for compensation. Several laws, including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and the California Consumer Privacy Act, treat that as a "sale" of personal data, and this policy describes it that way so there is no ambiguity.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide on our forms: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and state, date of birth or age range, household size and income range, and your answers to questions about the coverage you are seeking.
- Sensitive personal data: some form questions may reveal information about your health or medical coverage needs (for example, current insurance status, qualifying health conditions, or tobacco use). Florida law classifies certain health-related data as sensitive personal data; we treat all health-related answers that way.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and form-session activity. We use independent consent-certification technology (such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm) that records a certified snapshot of your form session, including the exact consent language displayed to you.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for site analytics, advertising measurement, and consent certification.
2. How we use information
- To fulfill the request you made — delivering your information to the marketing partners who will contact you about the coverage you asked about;
- To verify, certify, and retain proof of your consent, and to prevent fraud;
- To scrub telephone numbers against Do-Not-Call lists before any transfer;
- To operate, measure, and improve our advertising campaigns;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we sell and share information
When you submit a form and provide the consents described on that form, we sell or transfer the information you provided to our marketing partners, identified on our Marketing Partners page, which include Clearline Media Group and the licensed insurance companies and agencies it contracts with. Those partners may contact you directly by phone, text message, or email.
We may also share information with service providers (hosting, consent certification, phone verification, Do-Not-Call scrubbing), with professional advisors and authorities where required by law, and with a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Sensitive personal data — Florida consent requirement
Under section 501.715, Florida Statutes, we do not sell sensitive personal data without your prior consent. Where a form collects health-related answers, the form will present that consent clearly before you submit. If you do not provide it, we will not sell your sensitive personal data — though we may be unable to fulfill your quote request, since matching you with the right partner typically requires that information. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in Section 8.
We do not knowingly collect or sell personal data of anyone under 18, and we do not sell sensitive data of known minors.
5. Your consent to be contacted (TCPA and Florida Telephone Solicitation Act)
Our forms state the consent you are giving before you submit. Checking the consent box or otherwise affirmatively signing the disclosure constitutes your prior express written consent — including your electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act, the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and section 501.059, Florida Statutes — for Bridgeview Media and the marketing partners named in the disclosure to contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automated dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text message, even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Calls are placed only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time, as Florida law requires.
- You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method (Section 8). To stop text messages, reply STOP; texts will cease promptly and in all cases within 15 days as provided by section 501.059(9)(b), Florida Statutes.
6. Florida consumers
In addition to the sensitive-data consent right above, Florida residents may request that we: confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it; correct inaccuracies; delete personal data we hold about you; and opt out of the sale of personal data. We honor these requests for all Florida consumers. Submit requests as described in Section 8; we will respond within 45 days. Nothing in this policy limits any right you hold under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
7. California and other state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. California residents: we "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA (categories: identifiers and the characteristics you provide on our forms) to the recipients described in Section 3; you may opt out at any time via our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required. We retain lead records, including consent certificates, for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing laws (at least four years) unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Exercising your rights or revoking consent
- Opt out of sale/sharing (including withdrawal of Florida sensitive-data consent): Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
- Email: privacy@bridgeviewmediallc.com
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message. Stop calls: tell the caller, or email us and we will propagate an internal Do-Not-Call request to our partners.
We verify requests using the contact information associated with your record and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
9. Security and retention
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to personnel and partners who need the information for the purposes above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will highlight material changes.
